As I pray daily, at every opportunity, for the country which bore me, I can no longer suppress my urge to address the fake moral equivalence that the Republican “leadership” is claiming regarding their refusal to condemn the cancerous rhetoric spewed by their minions. Is it not enough that due to this rhetoric, lives were lost? This from the group of people who claim to love America more than Democrats. This from a group who claim the US Constitution as their exclusive document. How dare they soil our Constitution with their pathetic excuse of moral equivalence?

“I reject that the incident in Tuscon had anything to do with anything political”, “The liberals did it to Bush” is what they say. Excuse me, I don’t recall the spewage of hate and lies that this group has shown toward everyone who is not straight, white and “christian” coming anywhere near George W Bush. I don’t recall anyone showing up at appearances with guns. And even if they did, does that make what they are condoning with their silence and indifference right? Aren’t they supposed to be the better alternative? Isn’t that why you voted them in and gave them a “mandate” to twist the knife in the gut of our country?

Once again, the Republican “leadership” has shown you, the people, who they are. And how will you respond at the polls my straight, white and christian brothers and sisters? You will never let me down will you? You will once again listen to the lizard part of your brain who is so afraid of everyone and everything that is not like you that you will likely hand them control of the Senate and White House too. Because the black guy in the Oval Office has got to go. He has got to fail if we are to get our country back. Because those who work for a living do not matter as much as the greedy millionaires, billionaires and corporations that these sad excuses for American leadership perform fellatio on while we the people get raped.

So, again, I ask Are You Satisfied? To say that this country is becoming a “third world hell hole” is an insult to “third world hell holes” around the planet. The ones who have led us on this path to oblivion, have played on the basest and worst of your fears and you fell for it yet again. You elected people who not only do not care about you and your issues but are doing everything they can to dismantle protections that were the backbone of “the great society” we once were. They have decimated the middle class, who are really the engine that made America great and respected world over. Our children cannot compete head to head with 30 other countries. 30? They have you believing that trampling on our beloved Constitution, Bill of Rights, and Declaration of Independence is patriotic. That you are supposed to show up at the appearances of any elected official with whom you disagree, with guns. With Guns? They will have you believe that our republic, after enduring and persevering through so much; the country that guards and cherishes freedom; the country that has never been conquered by any armed force, does not work as designed and that what is required is not internal debate but eternal bloodshed.

How many more must die because of these fear merchants we allow to pollute our midst. How long will you perpetuate the American stereotype known outside of this country? The classless, boorish, ignorant American cowboy who would sell his mother for a buck? Unless you have accepted that this is who you are, inundate your representatives messaging, who engage in this hate speech, which falls on the ears of the psychotic, with your screams of “NO MORE, NOT IN MY COUNTRY”!!. Boycott their celebrities, Stop listening to these people who mean you no good. Ask yourself, the next time you whack off to visions of bullseye Sarah Palin, give head to Limbaugh, Beck and O’Reilly, sit in the mindless indoctrination camp that is Fox News, the next time your elected representative spews garbage that you know in your heart is a lie, the next time you sit, stewing, in stupidity, fear and hatred, just ask yourself, “what have they ever really done for me but take my money?” You will not need to look far to find absolutely nothing but the empty pockets you have and the empty shell that was once your country, your America. YOU ALLOWED THIS!!

Your job has been sent overseas. You have been thrown out of the home you grew up or are raising your family in. You have not worked in more than a year. You and yours have no more unemployment benefits. You and yours have no access to a doctor. Your child is fighting in the longest wars, based on lies, in American history. You have buried your child as a victim of those wars. Your social security is about to become privatized to profit some corporation. Your retirement has become a myth that your dad told you about as he enjoyed his. You are eating pet food because you can’t afford people food. Your babies are cold. Your babies look to you for answers and you have none. AND YOU ACCEPT THIS SH*T!!! YOU SQUANDER YOUR SACRED VOTE FOR THIS?!!! TO PUT THESE ASSHOLES BACK IN POWER? We have become a nation of suckers with the attention span of gnats. My apologies to gnats everywhere.

You are being herded about by an Australian robber-baron, Rupert Murdoch, who cares nothing about this country or you. His minions preach division and play to your ignorance and fear. You are being played as this Australian anti-christ and his demons laugh all the way to the bank, as we kill each other and hate each other and destroy the greatness that once was American Exceptional-ism. I personally like Australia as a country and do not cast aspersions on her or her people, but this MOFO. I’m just sayin.

I have seen the enemy and he is us! If you love your country, truly; if you really want your country back; if you really believe in our Constitution as the living and breathing testament of American greatness, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, FOR THE LOVE OF EACH OTHER, FOR THE LOVE OF AMERICA, LET THEM KNOW THAT THIS BULLSH*T STOPS WITH ME AND IT STOPS NOW!!

If you don’t; if you continue to provide and audience to the worst that is America, we may as well get used to seeing the black guy in the oval office and his wife in scenes like this, while the Republican traitors claim moral equivalence:

The current Republican leadership are outraged that President Obama did not praise and give President George W. Bush  more credit for the job he did with the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. I could rant forever but have decided to let cooler, more journalistically disciplined heads prevail.  Below are MSNBC’s Countdown host, Keith Olbermann with guest, Jeremy Scahill, author of  Blackwater: The Rise of the World’s Most Powerful Mercenary Army, giving credit where it is due.

Told you so!!!

I said it. The current leadership talks tough about the issues they have mistakenly wedded themselves to. By pandering to the lowest, meanest, most ugly fringe in our country, they have marginalized themselves to the precipice  of oblivion. They disrespected the American attention span and memory. They lied to all real Republicans by running on job creation in 2010. Using the anxiety most Americans feel about jobs they won huge gains in Congress and called it a mandate to pursue the fringe agenda of social issues.

They counted on the Democrats angering the Progressive base to win those seats. An excellent calculation on their part. In their arrogance, they took that win to be an endorsement of fringe agendas. If you campaign on jobs and pursue union busting, denial of abortions and women’s health services, cutting of education, cutting the Social Security benefits of our seniors, Medicare for our seniors, Medicaid for our poor, restriction of access to voting, you show yourselves to be what everyone already thought of you. You are out of touch and mean spirited snakes whose only purpose is political power and control so that you may serve your big monied donors. You have shown through your actions that you care nothing about the “The American People” you love to quote in front of every microphone.

You have had an axe to grind ever since the Nixon impeachment and have proven that you have no respect at all for the office of the presidency. You have made it your mission to attempt to destroy every Democrat who wins election to the White House. Instead of governing and statesmanship we get gang warfare. We get a bunch of tough talking bullies who would destroy how our president is viewed by running easily manipulated figureheads for the office and when a Democrat wins, make sure that any attempt to govern is met with a resounding NO. You care nothing for our country or it’s people. We are merely a means to your end of maintaining the economic chasm that exists between the haves and have nots.

You will not dare support anything that could help the country or it’s people because if you did and work was actually done, you may need to resort to actually defending what it is you are really about. You have become the party of the obscenely rich and the scourge of the middle class.

HEY MORONS!! IT WAS A ROBUST MIDDLE CLASS THAT MADE THIS COUNTRY THE ENVY OF THE WORLD!!

Has America diminished since the Nixon impeachment? You bet it has. You made sure of that. You elect these yes men to the office when you win the White House and leave a steaming pile to clean up for any Democrat who would dare take the Oval Office away from you due to your own incompetence.

Look at what you are giving this country as an alternative to Obama. Your rank and file party members can’t even get behind any of them with any vigor. The inadequacies of what you have fielded for candidacy are obvious to most thinking Americans so I will not waste time going in on them. I think Colbert had it right when he did his bit on the generic candidate.

If you have so little respect for the people of this country that the best you can do is the guy above, you deserve the oblivion you are careening toward. We need statesmen not petulant children to help pull this country out of the morass. It is not President Obama who has failed, IT IS YOU!!

PS. While you are stalling and putting the full faith and credit of the United States in jeopardy in the name of what Joe Scarborough calls “simple math”. Consider this simple math. The people you are targeting with all of your over reach outnumber the people you answer to by a huge margin and you WILL hear from us in 2012.
